Engaging individuals and groups at a community level is an innovative way for the Eco Advantage project to develop a sustainable impact.

Currently, this is being achieved through:

*
The Greenhouse Challenge - an innovative project being delivered by Eco Advantage partner Cementafuture and supported by the Royal Commonwealth Society, in Oxford and in autumn 2011 to be replicated in Medway. The Greenhouse Challenge develops skills for climate change and is a practical hands on way creating Eco Advantage Ambassadors in local communities, whilst developing a valuable range of employability skills

The Sustainable Living Book - developed by a unique partnership in Medway and North West Kent. The Sustainable Living Book is an innovative tool to engage young people, teachers, low skilled and individuals with adult literacy issues or visual impairment. The learning materials support the learner in exploring the issues of sustainability and the need for eco action in their local communities.
